About the band
Hubris are a rock band from Bray, Co. Wicklow, Ireland. We are a band hugely influenced by Classic Rock as well as traditional heavy metal . The band grew up on rock 'n' roll/ metal bands and all came together from our love of this music. We have played/ jammed/ gigged together on and off for about 6 years, but the band, music and idea of Hubris only came together at the end of the year 2001.

Hubris plan on touring as many counties, countries and continents as we can, meeting people and music lovers with the same taste in music as we do. Please look out for the band in your area in the coming months and years.

Brief Bio
Hubris formed, in late 2001, as a Thin Lizzy tribute band. After a number of gigs with a Lizzy set, Hubris began to write their own materiel and slot these songs into their set. In mid 2002 Hubris began recording draft demo recordings of these songs. The demo was quickly finished up and distributed as Hubris began to market their own brand of rock.

Today Hubris have put together a short set list and are beginning to explore their own writing and recording talents. Hubris' own brand of art and music is now slowly beginning to take shape and Hubris hope to develop both their music and art into a very distinct Hubris image.
